Okay, even though I got a scanner I'm still far from ready to submit stuff to DA. I have yet to find a suitable art program (Photoshop, whatever) that I can use. If anyone is reading this, please tell me what art programs will help me out! I'm tired of doing nothing and losing inspiration by the second! AAAARRRRGGGHHH! (awkward silence) Sorry about that. I have a great dislike of wasting time. ^^; Anyways, shoving aside my impatience, can anyone please tell me what art programs that I can use for this sort of thing. I know that Photoshop is one of them, but which one exactly and where can I get such a thing? Kupo... ?_?
